What we collect
Information you provide to us
We collect information you choose to send us directly, such as when you email us (including when you use the demo request form, which opens your email client using mailto:). This may include:
- Your name
- Work email
- Company name
- Employee count
- Any message or other information you include in the email
We do not operate a server-side waitlist, newsletter signup, or contact form endpoint on the splash page.
Information collected automatically
Our Services are delivered through infrastructure providers (notably Cloudflare) and email providers (notably Google Workspace and Google Vault). Like most internet services, these providers may automatically receive or log information when your device connects, such as:
- IP address
- Device and browser information (e.g., user agent)
- Request metadata (e.g., date/time, page requested, referrer)
We do not use this information for behavioral advertising, and we do not run analytics scripts on the splash page.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics or advertising on the splash page, and we do not embed third-party tracking scripts.
However, some service providers (for example, Cloudflare) may use strictly necessary cookies or similar mechanisms to provide security, performance, and anti-abuse protections.
Google Fonts
Our pages may load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser loads those fonts, it connects to Google's servers to retrieve them, which may allow Google to receive information such as your IP address and browser details as part of delivering the fonts.

Emails: We generally retain inbound emails (including demo requests and inquiries) unless you request deletion.
Deletion requests: If you request deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to delete the email thread from our inboxes and archives (including backups/archives to the extent feasible) and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal or operational reasons.
Infrastructure logs: Website delivery and security logs may be retained by our infrastructure providers for operational and security purposes. We aim to minimize retention where configurable.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information (for example, access controls and multi-factor authentication for key systems). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
